Preliminary preparation is required according to product dimensions and printing for the production of Locked Pan Box. Necessary knives and clichés are provided and produced according to customer’s demands. These products are locked on the side because of the strength and durability is more. Locked pans can be produced as lower or upper tool, or only upper or lower. To facilitate stacking and to prevent slippage, the hole on the top of the box and the bottom can be made. For example, see photo 5. The user is delivered straight to the company without being installed, and the installation is done by the company. Recommended grades in this product; E wave, B wave, C Wave and EB wave.

Usage areas;

After the cans and bottles are placed in the pan, they are packed and stacked by nylon.
Air and handle places can be opened and used as fruit and vegetable box.
Previously packaged products such as fruit juice and milk are sequenced in the pan and shrinked.
Meat, chicken and fish products used in the display and packaging.
When it is preferred as a lid, it provides packaging solutions to the products in every sector. For example; tie box, dress box, tech product box etc.
They are produced in large sizes and are used as archive packs and file boxes.
