The intermediate carton is used to prevent the products inside the box from contacting each other. Benefits of using cardboard; prevents contact, crushing and mixing of the product. Generally it is preferred as single wave, but it can be preferred as double corrugated or special cut. After the products are placed in the box, they are placed on the carton. Then the products are put on the intermediate carton and this process continues until the capacity of the box is full.
